Satoshi Nakamoto
In 2008 Satoshi Nakamoto released the Bitcoin White Paper, to create a “trust-less” money system. When it was released, no comparable technology existed. Bitcoin was the first in the digital world of its kind. By creating this system he separated money from state control.
Satoshi combined basic economics and game theory with thermodynamics to make it absolutely scarce. Before Bitcoin there was nothing in the world that has absolute scarcity.
Old Habits
Before Bitcoin, gold represented a free money market, but because of central banking it isn’t. All the gold is centralized in one place and therefor all the trust becomes centralized in one institution. This institution must be trusted not to debase the currency, but the history of fiat currencies is full of breaches of that trust. And the institution, of course, inevitably abuse that trust function.
New Habits
With Bitcoin we can get a new change to have a free money market, without debasement and centralized control. To adopt this ideology we need a totally different approach. Bitcoin requires a new way of thinking, put old habits aside and view life with an open mind.
