Shipping information
In order to ensure correct delivery of all items ordered, please make sure that you enter your address correctly. Delivery to post office boxes or poste restante deliveries are not possible. Any damage incurred during transport should immediately be reported by the customer after receiving the product from the supplier. Warranty will remain.
Under certain circumstances, we offer a worldwide delivery. If your country is not listed among the options in the shop please let us know at contact@boldsatoshi.com
DHL Express
Place your order before 16:00 on working days and your order will be shipped out the same day with DHL Express with On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.
- The delivery time depends on your country but within 1-2 days your order will be delivered.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL Express.
- DHL ODD notify you by email about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this doesn’t fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.
Fast delivery with DHL
If you order is completed it means that your package is on its way.
If you order before 22:00, the order will be dispatched on the same day. Orders after Friday 22:00 till Sunday are shipped on Monday.
For The Netherlands: order before 22:00 and your package will be delivered the next day.

My online order hasn’t arrived. What can I do?
Check your delivery status on the tracking website (https://jouw.postnl.nl/#!/) or https://www.dhlparcel.nl/nl/consument/track-en-trace. If you haven’t received your order the day after your purchase, there may be a delay in the PostNL/ DHL service. As much as we are trying to get your purchase to you as soon as possible, this is not in our control.
Did you check the delivery status and something appears to be going wrong with your order? Please contact us by filling in the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
International shipping
Bold Satoshi ships products internationally. Available shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order. You can select your preferred shipping method at the checkout. If the country you want to ship to is not on the list, please contact us via contact@boldsatoshi.com
I have received the wrong product. Now what?
We are sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us via contact@boldsatoshi.com and we’ll help you with the return and/or refund process. To speed up the process, it is very helpful if you include your order number and the (wrong) product you received.
What is the status of my order?
After an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with information on how to track your package. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, your package has probably not been shipped yet. Bold Satoshi will do everything we can to ship your items to you as soon as possible.
I have placed an order but I haven’t received a confirmation email. What does this mean?
Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistaken as junk mail and end up in there. Can’t find your spam folder?
Try logging into your email using a web browser.
The order confirmation should be sent right away, but it can happen that there is a delay. If you have not received anything after 24 hours, please contact us via contact@boldsatoshi.com so we can check that everything is fine with your order.
Shipping rates
The cost to ship items varies by item, shipment and shipping option.
The shipping rates are displayed at the checkout. Our rates do not include customs fees or other additional taxes that may apply to customers in non-EU countries. All customs or import duties levied on the ordered package and / or customs declarations and regulations required as soon as it reaches its final delivery category are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
What is the return policy?
Returns of cancellation
The buyer may withdraw from the sales contract by contacting Bold Satoshi, e-mail to contact@boldsatoshi.com, within 14 days without needing to provide reasons. The buyer must bear all costs for return delivery. Within the European Union there will be no duty cost. If you send back the product from outside of the European Union all duty cost and fees have to be covered by the customer.
Returns because of exchange
You have the choice to exchange the articles for a different size or you can choose a completely different article. The items may be exchanged within 30 days. Please note that we can only accept unused articles with the original labels. The items should be returned in the original packaging without any visible signs of wear or damage.
